Responding to your inquiry and subsequent communication about potential cooperation.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in responding to inquiries sent through the contact form and any follow-up communication about potential cooperation. You have the right to object to this processing at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Retention period

Data is kept for the time necessary to handle the inquiry, at most 24 months, unless a contractual relationship arises.

Recipients (processors)

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed on my behalf by the following processors, strictly for operating this website and delivering the contact form:

• Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative) — technical processing and delivery of the contact form submission to my e-mail inbox.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and privacy-first, cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics.

International data transfer

Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA. Where personal data is transferred to a third country, it is protected by one of the following mechanisms under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with Standard Contractual Clauses as a supplementary safeguard.
• Web3Forms / Web3Creative (India) relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914.

Your rights

The data subject has the right to access, rectify and erase their data, restrict its processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Cookies

This website uses only technical cookies required for its operation, set by the Cloudflare CDN (e.g. __cf_bm). No tracking or marketing cookies are used. Cloudflare Web Analytics, used to measure traffic, does not use cookies at all.
